  Established in the year 1871, Beijing Huiwen Middle School (BHMS), which has a legendary history of over one hundred and thirty years, is one of the public key schools in China. Designated as the first club of the UNESCO in China in 1984, BHMS is the model school for Cultural Exchange in Beijing.
In 1994, BHMS founded the International Department and found and Beijing Huiwen Language and CultureSchool in 1997. So far, nearly 4000 students from 16 countries have finished their studies in BHMS. The students’ results of BHMS have always been the top in the University Entrance Examination for Foreign Students. All the senior students here have been admitted by key universities, among whom about 60% are admitted by prestigious universities in China, such as Tsinghua University, Peking University, Fudan University, Renmin University, etc.
  The International Department shares high-quality and updated educational resources and advanced educational facilities with the Chinese students section, which enables us to offer students from all over the world the first-class education as well as opportunities of communication with Chinese teachers and students .
  We have Chinese language program, degree program, and program of studying in the Chinese students’ classes. We put emphasis on students’personality development and stick to the principle of individualized instructions; therefore, we offer suitable teaching to students at different levels and teach students classified by their levels not the administrative classes. Our school is located in downtown Beijing, with a beautiful campus and convenient transportation around.
